Welcome to KIX. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Use of Our Website

By using www.kixegypt.com or interacting with us on social media, you agree not to misuse or disrupt the platform. Any abuse or fraud may lead to cancellation of your order or account.

2. Products & Orders

All kits are listed with accurate product images and descriptions.
Prices and stock availability may change without notice.
Your order is only confirmed once we’ve contacted you directly (via Instagram, phone, or message).
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or misuse.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently only ship within Egypt.
Delivery usually takes 1–5 working days, depending on your location.
We work with trusted couriers, but are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties.
Shipping costs will be clearly shown before checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery if the product is unworn and in original condition.
No cash refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Return shipping for size exchanges is the customer's responsibility.
Please check your size carefully before ordering.

5. Payment

We currently accept:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Instapay
Telda

All payments must be completed in full before or upon delivery.

6. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing the correct name, phone number, and address. KIX is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information or unresponsive customers.
