🔁 KIX – Return & Exchange Policy

At KIX, we take pride in offering high-quality replica kits. While we do not provide refunds for change of mind, we’re happy to assist with size exchanges under the conditions below. Refunds are only possible if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

🔄 Exchanges Only (Main Option)

  • Size exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the delivery date.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Items must be:
    ✅ Unworn
    ✅ Unwashed
    ✅ In original condition with tags and packaging
    ❌ Custom/player printed kits cannot be exchanged

💰 Refunds (Rare Cases)

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The item arrives damaged (factory defect or shipping damage)

  • The wrong item was sent by us

📦 Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect (our mistake), KIX covers the return shipping.

  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
