At KIX, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency — anywhere in Egypt.[ free shipping for 2 or more kits]

📍 Where We Ship

We currently only ship within Egypt.
Nationwide delivery is available through our trusted partner Bosta.

⏱️ Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days, depending on:
- Your location
- Courier schedule
- National holidays or weekends
You'll receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are declared based on your location and determined by our third-party delivery partner Bosta.
Most deliveries range between 90 EGP.
If your area has special delivery rates or remote access charges, you’ll be informed before the order is confirmed.

✅ Order Confirmation

An order is only confirmed when:

You provide your full name, phone number, and address.
You select a payment method (COD, Instapay, or Telda).
We reach out to you directly via Instagram, WhatsApp, or phone.

🚛 Delivery Partner

We work with Bosta, a reliable Egypt-wide courier service, to ensure your package arrives smoothly.
Once your package is shipped, delivery is handled by Bosta — but we're here to help if anything goes wrong.

⚠️ Important Notes

Make sure your phone is on — missed delivery attempts may cause delays or order cancellation.
If an order is returned due to no response or incorrect info, you may be charged for re-delivery.
We are not responsible for courier delays due to:
- Holidays or weather
- Local disruptions
- Strikes or system issues
