How long does shipping take? – الشحن بياخد قد إيه؟
EN: Shipping time depends on your location; for Cairo it takes 1–2 days after your order is processed (which usually takes 1–2 days maximum). Each order comes with a tracking number.

Can I return or exchange my jersey? – نفع أرجّع أو أبدّل التيشيرت؟
EN: Absolutely! You can return and exchange your jersey within 3 days, as long as it's in its original condition—unused, with tags and packaging.
AR: طبعًا! تقدر ترجع أو تبدّل التيشيرت في خلال ٣ أيام، بشرط يكون في حالته الأصلية، متلبسش، ومعاه التيكت والتغليف بتاعه.

M → 50–65 kg (best for height 160–170 cm)
L → 65–75 kg (best for height 170–175 cm)
XL → 75–85 kg (best for height 175–182 cm)
2XL → 85–95 kg (best for height 180–188 cm)

✅ Example: If you usually wear Medium, choose Large for a better fit.
Note:
The Al Ahly kit is a baggy fit by default, so you can order your regular size unless you prefer it tighter.
